ATWU played a key role in managing the biggest music festival, that involved overseeing all aspects of the event, from planning and logistics to marketing and operations. Our agency was responsible for ensuring that the festival runs smoothly and meets the expectations of both the performers and the attendees. Some of the key tasks involved in managing a music festival included:

  1. Planning: ATWU worked with the production team to develop a detailed plan for the event, including the lineup, schedule, budget, and logistics. Our function was to  coordinate performers, vendors, sponsors, and other stakeholders to ensure that all aspects of the festival are in place.

  2. Operations: Our agency was responsible for overseeing all aspects of the festival operations, including managing the venue, coordinating with security and medical staff, and ensuring that all equipment and facilities are in good working order.

  3. Marketing: ATWU worked with the marketing team to develop and execute a comprehensive marketing strategy that promoted the festival to the target audience. This involved developing creative campaigns, managing social media accounts, and coordinating with media outlets to generate buzz and awareness for the event.

  4. Logistics: We ensured that all logistics are in place, including transportation, accommodations, and catering for performers and staff. Our agency also coordinated with local authorities to ensure that all necessary permits and licenses are obtained.
