FESTIVAL MANAGEMENT / MARKETING / OPERATIONS
COLOURDAY FESTIVAL.

FROM THE FESTIVAL FIELD TO NATIONAL TELEVISION.
The Project

A festival of this scale is not managed as a single event. It is managed as a living system.

ATWU contributed across the core areas required to deliver a large-scale music festival, coordinating planning, operations, marketing, logistics and the overall attendee experience.

The work required close coordination between performers, production teams, vendors, sponsors, security, medical personnel, media partners and local authorities.

Every part of the festival needed to operate as part of one connected experience, from the first campaign and ticket purchase to the final performance and the safe departure of thousands of attendees.

THE AUDIENCE SAW THE COLOUR. WE MANAGED EVERYTHING BEHIND IT.
